Etha stands behind every product. If something isn't right, we want to make it right, simply and fairly.

What can I return?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order. EU customers have the right to open and inspect items; however, if a product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value.

Items must be in their original packaging and include your order number.

Start your return

Log in to your account and select Request return on the relevant order. Alternatively, complete the Return Form. Please do not send anything back before receiving confirmation from us.


Cancellations

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you can cancel it directly from your account. EU customers have the right to cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Once fulfilled, the standard return process applies.

To cancel, log in to your account, find the order, and select Request cancellation.

How it works

  1. Complete the Return Form. Include your order number, the item you're returning, and your reason. If the item arrived damaged or defective, add clear photos.

  2. Choose your preferred resolution. Select refund, exchange, or store credit directly in the form.

  3. Wait for our confirmation. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and next steps.

  4. Pack carefully. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, sealed and unused.

  5. Ship and keep proof. Use your preferred courier and hold on to your proof of postage. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  6. We'll confirm by email. We process returns within 3 business days of receiving them (Bulgaria) and notify you of the outcome.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-14 business days of approval. In some cases we may offer store credit as an alternative.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part. We do not charge restocking fees.

Returns from Bulgaria are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Other regions may vary depending on courier delays.

Exchanges

For approved exchanges, Etha covers the shipping cost of the replacement item.

International returns

Returns from outside the EU may be subject to restrictions. Please contact us at namaste@etha-life.com before initiating an international return.

Disputes and misuse

We reserve the right to decline returns where misuse of the policy is detected. Each case is reviewed individually by our customer support team. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
