Take one capsule with the first sip of tea, to kindle what the morning left cold.

Sourcing and packaging
Herbs are grown and processed outside the EU, then blended and packed in Bulgaria. Glass is Miron violet glass, reusable and recyclable. Cartons are FSC-certified board.
How long it lasts
The supplement runs out first. 30 capsules, one a morning. 30 mornings.
The tea holds 60g, about 1.5g a cup - around 40 mornings.
Aqua Glow serum lasts around 150 mornings, at 4 drops.
Dance of Air candle burns 55 hours.
They do not finish together.

Vata Sunrise begins close to the earth. Shunthi grows as a knotted root, holding gentle heat beneath the soil. Dried rather than fresh - the drying is what concentrates the heat.
Threaded through your tea and Daybreak Blend, its spice moves from the cup inward - gathering a Vata morning before the day begins to scatter it.
Warmth doesn't ask you to rush. It gives you somewhere to begin.
