The Hero Note
Elemi
Drawn from the resin of tropical trees, elemi has been used for centuries to clarify the mind and open what feels closed. Resinous and gently luminous, it carries the quality of air after rain. The note that reminds you: clarity was always there.

Your Ritual
I let go. I begin again. Whisper it once as the flame catches and the air around you begins to shift.
Before lighting
Trim the wick to 5mm. A small act of care that keeps the flame steady and the burn even.
The first burn
Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges before extinguishing, around 2 hours. This prevents tunnelling and honours the full life of the candle.
Burn with intention
Never burn for more than 4 consecutive hours. Let the candle, and the moment, rest.
Extinguish gently
Use a snuffer or the lid. Not breath. The scent lingers longer when the flame is closed, not blown.
Between burns
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The candle holds its fragrance best when kept from heat and light between uses.
