Drawn from the foothills of northern India, Kalmegh has long been used in Ayurveda as a morning clarifier - warming from the surface inward, waking what has rested too long, and gently clearing the density that Kapha tends to carry into the day. The herb that knows how to stir without startling.

Cleanse and prepare
After cleansing and serum, take a moment before the cream. Let the skin begin to wake on its own terms.

Take a small amount and press between the fingertips. Even this small warmth is the beginning of Kapha's morning.
Sweep upward
Move with intention upward across the face, jaw, and neck. Let the stroke carry the skin in the direction the day will take it.
Let it settle
Press lightly with the palms and allow the cream to settle before moving on. A moment of stillness before the day begins to move.
