Formula and dosage
EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS
470 mg of herbs per capsule. Each capsule also contains the excipients croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and dicalcium phosphate, and a capsule shell.
One capsule each morning, with or after breakfast, with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside prescribed medication, without advice from your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

(Turmeric)
The root that stains everything it touches
Haridra is turmeric, and it is one of the most continuously used ingredients in this range: it appears in Ayurvedic skin preparations, in wedding rituals and in cooking, often on the same day and in the same household.
The rhizome is boiled, dried and ground, and the colour it leaves behind is the reason it was a dye before it was anything else. Classical texts group it with the herbs used on the skin and taken internally at the same time.
At 140 mg it leads this formula, with Manjistha and Triphala at 90 mg each. Khadir and Bhringraj follow, both traditional in Kapha skin preparations rather than Vata ones.
