Twak (Cinnamon) and Shunthi (Ginger) kindle gentle inner fire. Ela (Cardamom) unwinds tension held in the chest. Maricha (Black Pepper) stirs what has grown sluggish. Lavanga (Clove) deepens the calm beneath it all.
The Hero Note
Twak (Cinnamon)
The warmth at the centre of this blend, Twak carries the quality of a fire that has settled into steady coals. Sweet, spiced, and deeply grounding, it awakens Agni without disturbing Kapha's need for softness — kindling just enough fire to release what the evening asks to be let go.

Your Moonlight Ritual
I release the day. I feel light. I welcome rest. Whisper it once as the steam rises and the room begins to soften.
Measure and boil
Two teaspoons of blend, fresh water brought to a full boil. 100°C / 212°F — hot enough to draw the warmth fully from the herbs.
Steep
Six to eight minutes. Long enough for the warmth to build, for the herbs to open fully. Do not rush this part.
Hold the cup
Pour into a ceramic cup. Hold it in both palms before the first sip. Let the warmth arrive in the hands first. Breathe in the steam.
Set the intention
Whisper or hold inwardly: I release the day. I feel light. I welcome rest. Then sip slowly, letting the warmth move inward — softening the edges, releasing what the body no longer needs.
Allow the evening
Use nightly. Allow 30 days for the body to find its own quiet rhythm toward rest.
Best accompanied by the hour before sleep, when the warmth of the day is finally ready to be set down.
