Its sacred trio burns slowly and without urgency: Cedarwood, the spine of stillness; Patchouli, the breath of belonging; Vetiver, the hum of ground underfoot. The flame steadies what the day has unsettled. The scent asks for nothing except that you remain in the room a moment longer than you intended.

Cedarwood holds the room with the quiet authority of ancient wood - present without imposing. Patchouli brings the dark, warm quality of soil after rain - the note of belonging. Vetiver grounds both with its deep, smoky hum, the scent of earth that has been here longer than the question. Three notes, one quality: the weight of something that does not need to prove itself.
Your Ritual
Light it before the evening asks anything more of you.
Trim the wick
To 5mm before each lighting. A trimmed wick burns cleaner and longer - this small act of preparation is the first gesture of the ritual.
Allow the first burn
On first use, allow the wax to melt fully to the edges - around 2 hours. This prevents tunnelling and ensures the full fragrance has room to settle.
Hold the limit
Never burn for more than 4 consecutive hours. Earth knows when to rest - the candle asks the same.
Extinguish with intention
Use a snuffer or the lid - not breath. A considered ending holds the ritual intact.
Rest between burns
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. What holds ground well also knows when to be still.
Best accompanied by the evening that asks nothing more of you than your presence in it.
