Kapha Sunrise Bliss begins underground. Chitraka is a low, pale-flowered shrub whose root runs hot, and the heat is where its work has always been. Only root past eighteen months is used, dried and ground.
Taken with Daybreak Blend beside Shunthi and Pippali, it meets a body the night has left still - warming what has not moved yet, waking what the night set down.
Warmth is not force. It is what makes force unnecessary.
