Warm, spiced, and quietly electric, Ela carries the quality of a window opened on a cool morning — the air that arrives before the day does. In Ayurveda it is one of Kapha's most trusted sparks: aromatic enough to cut through the fog, warm enough to wake the centre, and bright enough to make the body glad it rose.

Your Sunrise Ritual

Measure and boil
Two teaspoons of blend, fresh water brought to a full rolling boil. 100°C / 212°F — the heat that Kapha most needs to meet the morning.
Steep
Five to seven minutes. Let the heat build in the cup while the body begins to stir.
Hold the cup
Pour into a bold ceramic mug. Hold it before the first sip. Feel the warmth spread into both palms. Let the heat arrive in the hands before the mind has decided anything about the day.
Set the intention
Speak aloud: I rise. I move. I am awake. Then sip with intention. Let each mouthful lift the fog, stir the body, and return you to your own momentum.
Allow the morning
Use daily. Allow 30 days for the body to find its own bright morning rhythm.
