Formula and dosage
EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS
460 mg of herbs per capsule. Each capsule also contains the excipients croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and dicalcium phosphate, and a capsule shell.
One capsule each morning, 15 to 30 minutes before breakfast, with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside prescribed medication, without advice from your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

The root Ayurveda reaches for most often
Shunthi is ginger dried rather than fresh, and Ayurveda distinguishes the two as separate ingredients with different characters. Dried ginger is the sharper, more concentrated of the pair, which is why it is the one that appears in the classical morning formulas.
It carries the Sanskrit epithet vishwabheshaja, which is the kind of name a tradition only gives to something it has used for everything for a very long time.
At 140 mg it leads this formula. Beside it sit Chitraka and Maricha, the two sharpest ingredients in the blend, in the small 20 mg amounts that a Kapha formula uses them at.
