Pitta Body Oil Iced Kiss

€49,00

Cool as moonlight on overheated skin.

Pitta bodies run warm - skin that flushes easily, that holds the heat of the day and carries it into the morning. This oil was made to offer relief from that: cooling and featherlight, it absorbs without heaviness, calming what runs hot and leaving the body feeling steady and clear rather than reactive.

Its clean, green-tinged scent is the olfactory equivalent of stepping into shade.

The Hero Herb

Narikela (Coconut)

Long used in southern Ayurvedic traditions to pacify Pitta, Narikela cools the body's surface heat gently and thoroughly - light enough to absorb without trace, grounding enough to leave the skin feeling genuinely at ease. The oil that meets fire with the quietest understanding of how to lower it.

Your Sunrise Ritual

Begin cool. Begin clear. Let the heat lower before the day asks it to rise again.

After bathing

While the skin is still slightly damp, warm a few drops between the palms. Just enough warmth to open the oil - no more than the skin already carries.

Press into the body

Apply with long upward strokes from the feet toward the heart. Let the movement be unhurried - Pitta does not need more speed, even in the morning.

Let it absorb

Allow the oil to settle into the skin before dressing. Let the cooling arrive without being rushed.

Or draw a cool bath

On an especially warm morning or season, add 5 to 8 drops to a cool bath and allow the oil to settle into the skin as you rest. Let the temperature descend before the day asks it to rise.

Allow the morning

Use daily. Allow 30 days for the body to find its own cool, even morning rhythm.
