Lemongrass
Bright, clean, and gently astringent, Lemongrass opens the senses without exciting them. It carries the quality of morning air before the heat settles in — clarifying rather than stimulating, lifting without pushing. The note that makes space in a mind already full before breakfast.

Your Sunrise Ritual

Measure and boil
Two teaspoons of blend, fresh water brought to a full boil. 100°C / 212°F — enough to open the herbs before the cooling begins.
Steep
Four to six minutes. No longer — Pitta's herbs are bright and do not need long to open.
Allow to cool
Pour into a glass or porcelain cup and set it aside briefly. On warmer mornings, pour over ice. Let the temperature descend before you do. Hold the cup in both hands and take one breath.
Set the intention
Whisper or hold inwardly: I stay cool. I stay focused. I move with ease. Then sip. Let the coolness settle what is already running hot.
Allow the morning
Use daily. Allow 30 days for the body to find its own cool morning rhythm.
