Ingredients
All five botanicals certified organic.
How to brew: two teaspoons per cup, freshly boiled water at 100 C, six to eight minutes. Best in the last hour before bed. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescribed medication, speak to your doctor before making this a daily habit. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

(Cinnamon)
The bark that carries the blend
Twak is cinnamon bark, cut from the inner layer of the tree and left to curl as it dries, which is how the quills form. Ayurveda groups it with the warming aromatics and uses it in both morning and evening preparations.
This is the shortest blend in the range: five botanicals, all of them spices, with nothing added for colour, sweetness or bulk. There is no fruit, no petal and no leaf in the jar.
Cardamom appears here too, as it does in the Kapha morning blend, but at the back rather than the front. Same spice, opposite job, which is the clearest illustration in the range of how these blends are built.
