How to brew: two teaspoons per cup, freshly boiled water at 100 C, six to eight minutes. Best in the last hour before bed. Contains liquorice. People suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescribed medication, speak to your doctor before making this a daily habit. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
