Formula and dosage
EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS
445 mg of herbs per capsule. Each capsule also contains the excipients croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and dicalcium phosphate, and a capsule shell.
One capsule in the evening, about 30 minutes before bed, with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside prescribed medication, without advice from your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

The root Ayurveda keeps for the end of the day
Tagar is Indian valerian, a Himalayan relative of the valerian used across Europe. Ayurveda places it among the herbs kept for the end of the day rather than the working hours, and it has been prepared that way for well over a thousand years.
The part used is the rhizome, dug after the plant has died back for the season. It carries a heavy, earthy smell that most people either take to immediately or never make peace with.
At 140 mg it leads this formula. Beside it sit Safed Musli and Jatamansi, both traditional in Vata preparations rather than Kapha ones.
