All fifteen botanicals certified organic.
How to brew: two teaspoons per cup, freshly boiled water at 100 C, seven to ten minutes. Best in the last hour before bed. Contains liquorice. People suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption. Contains St John's wort, which can interact with prescribed medicines including hormonal contraceptives and antidepressants. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescribed medication, speak to your doctor before making this a daily habit. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

The quietest thing in the jar
Chamomile is the one botanical here that needs no introduction, and it is the reason the blend works: fifteen ingredients need something plain at the centre or the cup turns into a competition.
Ayurveda describes Vata through light, dry and mobile qualities. This blend answers that with bulk and sweetness rather than heat, which is why apple, hibiscus and orange peel are in it alongside the spices.
St John's wort and hop flower are the two unusual entries, both bitter, both in small amounts, and both doing the job of stopping a fruit heavy evening blend from tasting like squash.
