Formula and dosage
EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS
500 mg of herbs per capsule. Each capsule also contains the excipients croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and dicalcium phosphate, and a capsule shell.
One capsule in the evening, with or after your evening meal, with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside prescribed medication, without advice from your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Punarnava
(Boerhavia diffusa)
The plant that comes back
Punarnava means renewed again, and the name describes the plant rather than the person taking it: it dies back to nothing in the dry season and returns with the first rains from a root that looked finished.
It is a sprawling weed that grows in waste ground across most of India, and the root is the part used. Ayurveda groups it with the herbs traditionally taken in the evening rather than the morning.
At 95 mg it leads this formula, the widest of the three River Flow blends at eight herbs. Kutki, Aragwadha and Manjistha follow at 45 mg each, the bitter, cooling group Ayurveda reserves for Pitta.
