Herbs are grown and processed outside the EU, then blended and packed in Bulgaria. Glass is Miron violet glass, reusable and recyclable. Cartons are FSC-certified board.

The tea holds 40g, about 1.5g a cup - around 26 mornings.
Daybreak serum holds 30ml.
Rooted Earth candle burns 55 hours.

Kapha Sunrise Bliss begins underground. Chitraka is a low, pale-flowered shrub whose root runs hot, and the heat is where its work has always been. Only root past eighteen months is used, dried and ground.
Taken with Daybreak Blend beside Shunthi and Pippali, it meets a body the night has left still - warming what has not moved yet, waking what the night set down.
Warmth is not force. It is what makes force unnecessary.
